Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
- Must have 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience within the last 18 months in a nursing home setting
- Active NC or Compact State LPN License required
- Current BLS Certification required
