About this job

  • Work Dates Needed: late Dec or early Jan. (as soon as credentialed). for 6 months (ideally 1 year)
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
  • Scope of Work: 2 positions available. Provider will provide care in accordance with clinical guidelines and organization policies. Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care. Assist with same-day clinic coverage when needed. Provider high quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families with the community. Approximately 12 to 14 patients per day.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state medical license and Federal DEA, BE or BC in Family Medicine (ABFM), BLS, security clearance
  • EMR: RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)
