General Laborer - Now Hiring

Company Name: Oak Hills Carton Co. Position: General Laborer - Production Location: Cincinnati, OH About The Role We’re seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our production team! This role is responsible for the “Scrapping” process of removing excess paperboard from products such as folding cartons and air filter frames. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in producing high-quality work, we would like to meet you! Schedule 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm. Occasional overtime on Fridays. No weekends Base Starting Wage: $14/hour What You’ll Do Remove excess paperboard from die-cut items using air and manual scrapping hammers Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and proper scoring Use a manual pallet jack to move die-cut loads to the scrapping area Prepare finished skids for gluing or shipping Label, wrap, and state materials as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail and quality Active listening and teamwork Ability to work independently Good time-management skills Qualifications & Physical Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D.
