Collections Supervisor Job Requirements

• 5 + years AR & collections experience
• previous managerial is a plus
• 3+years commercial experience with collections from banking or financial services
• Equipment leasing
• Associates or Bachelors preferred but not required

What you will do as an Collections Supervisor

• manage 15 collectors
• Manage large and complex accounts
• Provide in depth analysis on Financial Statements with commentary on variances for leadership
• Assist with process improvements for Financial Reporting and KPI's
