• Minimum 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience - Required

• 2 years recent hospital pharmacist staffing

Sterile compounding, Cerner & Omnicell experience - Required

• AHA - BLS, ACLS certification – Required

• Need Current Pharmacy License from the state board of AZ
• Shift - MON-FRI: 7:00a - 03:30p - 40 hours per week/5 days in a week

• No locals/50 miles radius rule
