CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Must have Washington state license at time of submittal
• Must have radiation badge prior to starting assignment
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and Washington state RT license
• Must have experience with GE CT scanners
• Perform all CT exams including basic and advanced studies such as pelvis colonography, coronary scans, and TAVR planning
• Most frequent exams include chest, abdomen, and pelvis studies
• Average of 20 scans per tech per day in Seattle location
• Work with 4 total scanners: 2 in outpatient CT, 1 in ER, and 1 in CCU
• Cover ER and CCU scanners in rotation
• May float to Bellevue location (16 minutes away) if needed for duration of contract
• Must be able to start IVs
• Work with GE Centricity, Philips PACS, and Cerner EMR systems
• Department runs 24/7 with set shift schedules
• Weekend requirements depend on shift assignment with 12-hour coverage
• Holiday requirements depend on shift with rotating staff coverage
• No call requirements for travelers
• First week includes organizational orientation and working with experienced staff for safety
• Scrub colors: navy, gray, or mix allowed
