Job Description\nAmerican Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position in an advanced ventilator unit requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license.
\n \n Responsibilities\n- Work in the Advanced Vent Unit within a hospital CVICU setting
- Primarily day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Contract assignment is 13 weeks in duration
- Care for critically ill cardiovascular patients requiring advanced ventilator management
- Provide high-acuity care to patients with advanced cardiovascular conditions
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary critical care team
- All certifications must remain valid throughout the assignment
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent CVICU experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications accepted from AHA or ARC
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
