Radiology Technologist Job Details- Location: Potsdam, NY 13676 (New York healthcare jobs)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)
- Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm (8-hour shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend Rotation: Required, every 4th weekend
- Unit Orientation: 1 week (M–F, 8-hour shifts)
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2200–$2260
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)
- Active New York Radiologic Technologist license (required)
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Ability to float to other areas as needed
- Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from Potsdam, NY
- Perform inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient radiologic exams
- Provide OR coverage for C-arm cases and scheduled fluoroscopy exams (UGI, SBFT, barium swallow/enema, joint injections, myelograms)
- Serve patients of all ages in a Level III Trauma Center
- Operate FUJI fluoro room, Konica Minolta U-arm, and Siemens C-arms
- Follow infection prevention, isolation precautions, and radiation safety protocols
- Document and communicate patient care using EPIC and Pyxis systems
- Participate in weekend rotation and float as needed
