Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading Property Management and Facility Services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Old Bridge, NJ. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Building Operations Department supporting property management, tenants, and facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently — all essential for success in this role.

Old Bridge, NJ (Some commute needed to Hillsborough, NJ) 

Pay Range:

$27-$30 Per Hour

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on building systems, following safety rules and procedures.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.

• Respond to service requests, tenant concerns, and emergency calls (24/7 on-call rotation).

• Conduct property inspections, complete maintenance logs, and manage work orders.

• Assist with construction projects, tenant improvements, and capital renovation coordination.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance experience.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• HVAC certification preferred (but not required).
