Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users’ application-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all applications.
• Manage the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of the ERP system (Infor XA).
• Develop and deliver training programs for end users to improve application utilization.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify potential security issues and ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand application needs and deliver streamlined, effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain documentation for all application management activities and newly implemented functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in application maintenance, support, or development.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL/DB2.
• Prior experience with software QA, testing, and debugging.
• Solid technical knowledge of application management and development best practices.
• Experience using or managing ERP systems, ideally Infor XA.
• Experience scoping and planning technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and gather insights across business functions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with staff at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of business processes through application enhancements.
