Picking and Packing Fulfillment Lead - Now Hiring

Fulfillment Associate Lead

Our client, a jewelry and accessories company, is looking for a Fulfillment Associate Lead for their showroom. Reporting to Director of Fulfillment, they will be expected to lead team by example, filling in for other employees when needed and helping to meet daily quotas. Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Need is immediate for the holiday season, with possibility of long term and going temp to hire.

Duties:

• Pick, pack, and prepare 200+ orders per day.
• Ensure every package meets brand quality & presentation standards.
• Help maintain organized inventory and supplies.
• Work closely with our Director of CX + Fulfillment to hit daily goals.
• Keep our workspace clean, efficient, and positive.
• Share your ideas - we're always looking to improve

Requirements:

• Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
• Must enjoy moving, doing, and keeping the flow going
• Comfortable lifting/moving boxes and being on your feet all day
• Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or e-comm or similar industry
• Bonus if you love jewelry, color, or style
