Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
Perform physical exams, assess and manage chronic and acute conditions
Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive medicine, and lifestyle modification
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as appropriate
Prescribe medications according to Nebraska statutes and professional guidelines
Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance programs
Maintain accurate, timely, and legible patient documentation within EMR
Participate in on-call rotation and meetings with affiliate partners
