Title: Soldering Technician Location: Decatur, AL 35603 Duration : Temp to hire/Full time Pay rate : $17/hr 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday POSITION OVERVEW & PURPOSE: We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician for a one-year assignment in our Light Industrial Division. The role focuses on assembly, inspection, and soldering of wiring components to ensure high-quality electrical connections. Responsibilities: Perform soldering of wiring connections following technical specifications. Inspect solder joints for quality and durability. Assemble and connect electrical wiring according to schematics. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Experience with soldering (wiring only) and assembly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must pass drug screening and background check.
