Job Opportunity: RN - Case Management Position Details Specialty: RN - Case Management Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Facility: Cynet Employment Type: Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Description Coordinates total nursing care for patients. Participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty. Transportation: Candidate must have reliable transportation for travel assignments.
