Job Summary: AngelsGate Healthcare Services LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in the Telemetry unit at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, Iowa. The ideal candidate will provide safe, effective patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry services
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry or Med/Surg experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Completion of all onboarding and compliance requirements
