Accounting Clerk - Now Hiring

Immediate Direct Hire 1st Shift Accounting Clerk Job in West Des Moines, IA!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (DO)

Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday

Duties:

• Manage physical and digital invoices, deposits, and other related documents
• Scan, upload, reconcile, and pay invoices. Research document discrepancies
• Apply payments to the correct accounts (matching invoices with billings)
• Answer inbound calls and assist clients
• Train as backup accountant

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds if needed
• Accounting knowledge helpful
