Canyon Adventure Vans is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team! You’ll be responsible for packing and shipping orders, managing incoming deliveries, and keeping our inventory organized. If you're quick, detail-oriented, and enjoy being on the go, this is the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As the Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you'll ensure orders are packed correctly, shipped on time, and our inventory stays up to date. You’ll use Shopify and ShipStation, lift heavy items, and stay on top of both outgoing and incoming shipments. Flexibility is key, as you may need to jump in and help wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Track incoming shipments and manage inventory
- Use Shopify and ShipStation for order processing
- Keep the shipping area clean and organized
- Lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment
- Handle a variety of tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy items and stay on your feet for long periods
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to solve problems quickly
