School-Based Social Worker - West Chester, Pennsylvania

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide leave coverage support in a K-12 school setting located in West Chester, PA. This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students well-being during a critical period. The role begins November 3rd and is expected to last approximately 10 weeks, with some flexibility on the end date.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive social work services to K-12 students, including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support the academic and emotional needs of students.
• Develop and implement plans to address behavioral and social challenges.
• Connect students and families with munity resources and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ply with all relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker with experience in school settings.
• Strong understanding of K-12 student social and emotional development.
• Effective munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
