About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy journey.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
