Start Date: ASAP\nContract Length: 13 weeks\nGuaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs\nShift Requirements: 8 hour variable shifts\nFloat Requirements: 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 back up per week. 30 min response time meaning traveller must be ready and in the OR within that 30 min.\n**Could, on occasion, need additional mandated call**\nWeekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend, Holiday rotation\nRequired Certifications: BLS, CST license REQURED NBSTSA or NCCT is accepted\n(Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)\nRequired Education: High School Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum Experience: 2+ years of CVOR experience REQUIRED, prior travel experience required\nCharting/Equipment: NA - facility uses epic charting\nUnit Specific Skillset: Efficient in setting up an operative suite for patients, accountable for going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available, efficient in scrubbing surgical cases in a variety of specialties, turning over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day. 3 cardiothoracic surgeons approximately 50 60 cases per month\nRequired skills: Cardiac/Thoracic; also thoracic robot experience. Looking for a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic that is also willing to do downtime tasks, if needed. Needs to be motivated during downtime; pulling case carts, cleaning, ect\nHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.\nScrub Colors: any color
