\nPT needed for days, mostly M-F occasional Saturday if ortho surgery on Friday for 13 weeks\nRADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.\nCO lic required\n2 years experience\nBLS\nEMR: Meditech\nHousing options are available upon request please see facility group documents in Medefis NO PETS\n
