Surgery, General Surgeon in Arizona; Great Salary/Relocation/Sign-on Bonus

Summit Healthcare is looking for a skilled and compassionate General Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team in Arizona.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in General Surgery, proficient in various surgical procedures, and dedicated to ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. If you possess strong Communication and Leadership abilities, along with expertise in Trauma Care and Critical Care, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of General Surgery procedures
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care
• Manage critically ill patients and utilize Trauma Care skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for accurate patient documentation
• Participate in teaching and mentoring
• Adhere to hospital policies and ethical guidelines
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Valid Medical License
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in a surgical subspecialty
• Leadership experience and research activities
• Experience in high-volume surgical settings
• Endoscopy and Management knowledge
