• Physician autonomy with full control over schedule, panel size, and growth
• High volume practice 
• Balanced mix of clinic, OR, and procedural time with preferred OR block
• Tenured and dedicated OR staff
• 3 Da Vinci Xis, UroNav, UroLift, Sacral Neuromodulation Implant, PCNL
• 1 in 6 call schedule
• Modern multi-specialty clinic with onsite imaging (CT, MRI, X-Ray) and lab services
