h2Overview/h2 pTo provide excellent guest service through deli department activities./p h2Responsibilities/h2 p1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests./p p2. Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing)./p p3. Maintain product level, quality and freshness./p p4. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area./p p5. Communicate guest requests to management./p p6. Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor./p p7. Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times./p p8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management./p p9. Performs front porch duties to insure “guest arrival” standard is maintained./p p10. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system./p p11. Assist in product receiving and storage./p h2Qualifications/h2 p1. Friendly, outgoing personality./p p2. Ability to work well with others./p p3. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally./p p4. Ability to read and understand information and direction./p p5. Effective communication, guest service and selling skills./p p6. Must be at least 18 years old./p p7. Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time./p p /p p#LI-RM3/p
