About the Position

In this position, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• 1+ year of PT experience, SNF or rehab experience preferred
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
