About the Position: Vamp Salon LLC is seeking a dynamic and personable Client Concierge - Assistant Stylist to join our team at our new Brentwood location. This unique hybrid role combines the creativity and technical skills of an Assistant Stylist with the customer-focused responsibilities of a Client Concierge.

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Welcome clients warmly, escort them to their seats, and offer beverages. Act as the first point of contact, ensuring each client feels valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
• Stylist Support: Assist senior stylists with tasks such as hair washing, color formulation, foil placement, blow drying, and learning advanced cutting techniques.
• Concierge Duties: Manage appointment scheduling, assist with setting up client consultations, and handle any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Social Media Content Creation: Use your creative flair to contribute to the salon's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, showcasing the salon's work and atmosphere.
• Salon Maintenance: Ensure that the salon, particularly the styling area, remains clean, organized, and fully stocked. Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Growth and Development: This role is ideal for someone recently licensed who is eager to learn and grow in the industry. Vamp Salon offers opportunities for advanced training and career progression, with the goal of elevating the Assistant Stylist to their own chair.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with potential for commission and tips.
• Flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.

Requirements:

• A valid Cosmetology License is required.
• Must be willing to work in person at our Brentwood location.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
