Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Provide support to physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical data of the heart and vascular system.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• Must have Cath Lab experience. Scrubbing and monitoring experience in cardiac catheterization procedures required.
• STEMI coverage experience required.
• Experience with angiogram, PCI, complex cases (CTO, L main), PFO, device implantation, PE thrombectomy, peripheral cases preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella and IABP expected.
• Experience with sterile technique and ability to scrub complex structural heart and interventional cases preferred.
• MacLab monitoring/recording experience preferred; willingness to train on MacLab acceptable.
• Knowledge of cath lab products and ability to restock procedure rooms expected.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• State licensure as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural Heart experience preferred but not required.
• RCIS certification noted as not acceptable by client; ARRT is required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0600 - 1630.
• Shift Pattern: 4x10s schedule indicated.
• On-call requirement: approximately 9-10 shifts per month and one weekend shift per month.
• EMR: Cerner.
