Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist 2026-27 School Year

Location: Little Falls, MN area

Pay Rate: W2 hourly, starting at $55/hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Little Falls, MN area for the 20262027 school year. This is an in-person position with flexibility for full-time or part-time candidates.

Position Overview:
The SLP will provide services to a diverse caseload of students ages 322, supporting a wide range of communication needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring

• Support students with a variety of communication needs, including speech, language, and social communication

• Implement and support AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Minnesota SLP educator license

• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support available)

• Experience with or strong knowledge of AAC devices required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
