Litigation Income Partner (12+ Years) – Seattle, WA

Direct Counsel is representing a nationally recognized AmLaw firm seeking a Litigation Income Partner to join its Seattle office. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with significant experience handling complex commercial disputes and the ability to independently lead matters from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish

• Handle depositions, oral arguments, and trial proceedings as first-chair counsel

• Represent clients in state and federal courts

• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case management

• Work on matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith litigation (preferred)

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

• 12+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Active bar admission in Washington (additional admission in Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska is a plus)

• Extensive experience with trial work, depositions, and motion practice

• Proven ability to independently manage cases and serve as lead counsel

• Experience in a large law firm or boutique litigation practice preferred

• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $270,000 – $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
