Associate Ccontract Attorney

Jackie Lynn Ward, Attorney at Law, PLLC, a San Antonio, Texas, based law firm is looking for a transactional and litigation attorney to join our real estate based law practice. This is a contract position for someone eager to take the next step in their legal career, running their own cases with assistance from our staff. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a desire to take a case and run with it. You will handle all phases of litigation: case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial, along with administrative and alternative dispute resolution within a team setting.
