The Tooling Engineer will support the design, development, and continuous improvement of tooling used in high-volume manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure tooling performance, process stability, and on-time program launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify production tooling for metal, plastic, and metal-plastic components.
- Support new product launches from concept through production, including tool tryouts and process validation.
- Troubleshoot tooling and process issues to improve quality, efficiency, and uptime.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external tool shops on tool builds, revisions, and maintenance.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling performance and manufacturability.
- Ensure tooling designs meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ Experience with tooling design and support in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of metal stamping and moldings processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to manufacturing support.
