JOB DUTIES:

  • Answer client support phone calls, support voicemail support inbox e-mails.
  • Answer technical and non-technical questions
  • Identify and asses client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated department
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolutions have been met
  • Close out or open call records
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree
  • 1-3 years customer support experience
  • Strong phone and listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

SKILLS:

  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Must be technologically savy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, goal oriented and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
