Job Description
Our perfect person will have at least a year of experience in a fast paced medical office and OR be completely computer savvy, excellent manners, customer service skills, dependable ATTENDANCE, on time, highly compassionate and a team player.
You will be responsible for answering phones, making appointments, taking messages, checking in patients, verifying insurances, accepting patient copays, faxing, scanning, shredding, opening new charts in our EMR and billing software. Calling patients in for appointments and distributing information to other office personnel. Neatening the waiting room and checking the patient bathrooms take turns doing "housekeeping" items.
90 day review and raise according to performance and attendance
You will be professional, on time, dependable, have a neat appearance and a compassionate soul.
