Customer Service Representative

Anchor Staffing, Inc. is currently seeking reliable, friendly customer service representatives for a spacious call center in Amherst, New York.

In this position you will provide customers with information about the transit system, tolling, trip planning and additional services that are offered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process inquires received from customers through phone calls, emails, chat sessions, social media, etc.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick resolutions
• Work with multiple computer applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to use multiple monitor screens and be comfortable navigating IT applications
• Professional demeanor and team oriented
