Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of contents affected by fire, water, or smoke damage
Operate ultrasonic cleaning equipment and specialty restoration tools (training provided)
Clean, deodorize, and sanitize household goods, furniture, electronics, and specialty items
Accurately photograph, barcode, and inventory customer belongings
Pack, wrap, and prepare contents for secure transport and storage
Assist with pack-out and pack-back operations
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Follow restoration workflow procedures and quality standards
Ensure accurate documentation to support insurance billing
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
Stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the shift
Work in environments impacted by fire, smoke, water, or mold (with proper PPE)
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license (required for driving roles)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Restoration, cleaning, warehouse, or moving experience is a plus but not required.
