Commercial HVAC Manager

We are looking for an Commercial HVAC Manager to join our team! You will manage a specific zone with our projects!

Responsibilities:

• Manage crews as they Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine job walks and site surveys
• Respond to emergency in-field project issues
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Prepare submittals for Project Assistant
• Prepare and review spec summaries
• Tracks projects
• Meets with PMs and APMs on project info
• Reviews plans and specs and estimates to verify accuracy
• Estimating small hand tickets for projects
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Currently possess a TACLA Number
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
