Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tow Motor Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a tow motor (forklift) to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods to support the production process and maintain a safe working environment.

This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods to support the production process and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tow motor (forklift) to transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items to designated locations.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Supply production lines with necessary materials and move finished products to storage or shipping areas.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory control, ensuring materials and products are accurately counted and documented.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, complying with safety standards and company policies.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing required protective equipment and following proper procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid tow motor (forklift) operator certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Prior experience operating a tow motor or forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
