This role offers meaningful, hands-on care for someone who truly values your presence and support. We specifically need caregivers available for split shifts Monday through Friday, 711 a.m. and 37 p.m., with the opportunity for hours to expand. Office Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Schedule: Split shifts Monday - Friday, 7 am - 11 am and 3 pm - 7 pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + bonus opportunities

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting safe mobility and physical activity
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Running errands or helping with shopping

What You Bring:

• Valid PCA, CNA, or HHA certification
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• A heart for helping and a proactive mindset
• Valid Virginia drivers license + current auto insurance
• TB test results and two forms of ID
• Experience in home care or facilities (preferred, but not required)
