### Assignment Details
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
• Schedule:
- Clinic: 8:30am-5pm weekdays - Night Call: 5pm-8:30am - Weekend Call: 24-hour beeper call
• Coverage Dates:
- Nov 21 - Dec 8 - Dec 27 - Jan 5
• Call Type:
- Weeknight beeper call - 24-hour weekend beeper call
• EMR: Epic
### Requirements
• Board Certified Neurosurgeon
• Active California license
• DEA
• Fluoroscopy certification (temporary accepted)
• Must have:
- 2 years of current hospital-based neurosurgery activity - 100 case logs within the past 24 months
• All employment gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
### Clinical Details
• Clinic and inpatient neurosurgery coverage
• Required experience:
- Complex spine surgery - Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar instrumentation - Spine surgery without instrumentation - ICP monitor placement - Adult trauma neurosurgery
• Preferred experience:
- Tumors - VP shunts - External traction
• Average clinic volume: 5 patients per shift
• APP support onsite
