American Traveler is seeking an experienced BSN-prepared RN for a Long-Term Care/SNF position requiring 2 years of experience, Point Click Care proficiency, and every-other-weekend availability.
Details- Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 46 beds
- Patient population includes residents with dementia/memory loss, wound care needs, IV therapy, and rehabilitation/therapy needs
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:46 with a Medication Aide on staff
- EMR: Point Click Care (PCC) — experience required
- 12-hour day shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- No on-call or call-back responsibilities
- Active ND or Compact RN license required
- BSN required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- LTC/SNF experience required
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
- Provides nursing care to long-term care residents with diagnoses including dementia/memory loss, wound care, IV therapy, and therapy needs
- Location-specific orientation is provided
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates
