We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for professionals with at least 5 years of commercial superintendent experience managing schedules, subcontractors, jobsite operations, and project execution. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily commercial construction site operations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
Maintain project quality, safety, and production timelines
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and inspectors
Lead site meetings and communicate project updates
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Maintain OSHA and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For
Required:
5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Ground-up commercial construction project experience
Hotel project experience
Strong knowledge of commercial building processes and jobsite coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
OSHA certification
Procore or similar construction software experience
