Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience and a proven track record of successfully advocating for clients in high-value cases. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters from inception through trial, with strong support and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Present theories of liability and summarize client injuries, medical treatment, and impact on quality of life
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and meet-and-confer letters
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
• Handle court appearances, mediations, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial
• Review and analyze medical records, surgical reports, and billing statements
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favorable case outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong trial preparation and negotiation skills
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently and efficiently
