Landscape Supply / Yard Associate (Forklift Operator)

Location: Lexington, MA
Pay: $26-$27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Supply / Yard Associate to join a busy yard operation in Lexington, MA. This role requires hands-on experience with landscape materials, forklift operation, and a solid understanding of hardscape products such as stone, pavers, and related materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Assist customers and contractors with selecting and loading landscape and hardscape materials
• Handle and organize materials including stone, pavers, gravel, mulch, and other supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment
• Perform general yard duties such as stocking, inventory support, and site upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a landscape supply yard or similar environment
• Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of hardscape materials (stone, pavers, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the day
