Assistant Restaurant Manager – Training & Operations Leader

Location: Chicago, IL | Salary: Up to $70,000 annually

We’re seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, mentor team members, and support new restaurant openings. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop the training team, ensuring trainers are prepared and successful.
• Oversee the setup and organization of new restaurant openings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Train and mentor hourly managers and assistant managers to maintain operational excellence.
• Manage daily operations, including shift execution, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
• Monitor restaurant profitability, including labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and team development.
• Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and travel as needed.
