Landscape Plant Installer
Location: Hopkinton
Pay Rate: $23-$32/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start (40 hours/week, with potential for overtime)
Position Type: Temporary

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Plant Installer to support planting and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install plant material using proper planting techniques, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, skid loaders, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper handling and storage of materials and equipment
• Work effectively with team members of varying experience levels
• Collaborate with crew leaders and team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Represent the company professionally on all job sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape construction or a similar role
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak and understand English
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Motivated and takes pride in producing quality work
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and other landscaping tools preferred
• Valid Driver's License (DOT card or ability to obtain one)
• Hoisting License (2A/1C) or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, reaching, etc.)
• Comfortable working 8-10 hour shifts, including Saturdays as needed
