Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a date night sitter definitely for weekends and occasional week nights for our 3-year-old son. This person should be CPR certified, have childcare experience, be comfortable with dogs (we have 3), a non-smoker, and willing and able to watch 2 young children if we have a second child. The ideal candidate for this role is not someone who is home from college as we are looking for someone long-term in all seasons. We would like someone who is very hands-on and interactive with our son, not someone who will spend their time watching him with excessive screen time.
