Job Description
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to support business development, client relationships, and revenue growth in a fast-paced distribution environment in Pomona, CA. This role will focus on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting products to ensure customer satisfaction and continued sales growth.
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and previous clients to reintroduce and promote detergent products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Identify and generate new leads for equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service
- Support the sales team with product introductions and equipment demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and potential leads
- Assist with preparing equipment for demonstrations, including uncrating, testing, and cleaning
- Develop a strong understanding of products and equipment to effectively support customers
- Operate a company vehicle (Class C license required) with a lift gate
- Safely load, secure, and transport equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and equipment handling
- Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
