Job Description
Horizon's Home Care is adding a PRN Speech Therapist to our team! We are a home health services company located on the north side of Evansville.
This position provides Speech Therapy services to patients as directed by the treatment plan and in line with the agency's philosophy, objectives, and policies. You will maintain responsibility for the implementation and follow-through of speech therapy procedures. In this role, the PRN Speech Therapist will provide top of the line care to our residents.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in speech language pathology or its equivalent
- At least one (1) year of supervised work experience with adult patients
- Licensed, registered, or certified by the state of IN
- A member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and is certified by the association
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance and be able to drive to patient’s current residence (rehab, retirement home, nursing home, or the patient's home)
