Job Description
Inspired Growth Community Support Group is seeking a passionate, trauma-informed clinician to join our growing behavioral health organization serving children, adolescents, and families throughout North Carolina. We are currently expanding multiple community-based programs and are looking for a clinician interested in helping build meaningful services from the ground up.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys flexibility, leadership opportunities, and working across multiple behavioral health programs.
Services May Include:- Intensive In-Home (IIH)
- Community Living & Supports (CLS)
- Individual & Transitional Supports (ITS)
- Respite Services
- Foster Care Coordination
- Behavioral & Family Support Services
- Future Outpatient Therapy Expansion
- Provide individual, family, and community-based therapeutic services
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Participate in Person-Centered Planning meetings
- Collaborate with care coordinators, schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and community providers
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support when needed
- Assist with development of clinical programming and service implementation
- Maintain compliance with NC Medicaid, MCO, and agency standards
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training activities
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Minimum 1–2 years experience working with children, adolescents, or behavioral health populations preferred
- Active North Carolina LCSW-A license
- Must be willing to work under clinical supervision
- Experience in community mental health, IIH, foster care, ABA, or family systems preferred
- Trauma-informed care
