We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lansing, MI to support children and families through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional behavior assessments)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Review data, track progress, and adjust programming as needed
  • Partner with families to ensure carryover and meaningful outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation in line with BACB and insurance requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (or sitting for exam soon)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in ABA (clinic, home, or school-based)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
